Kahuna Romi ‘Oluea is an Ancient Style of bodywork that removes the sluggishness from your body, gently opening the flow of movement within your body allowing you to breathe deep with freedom.
Kahuna allows your body to sink deep into relaxation which quietens the mind and inner chaos. After receiving a Kahuna bodywork you will feel light, have clarity of mind, reconnection to body and joyous from deep within.

I bring 30 years of experience with sound knowledge of body work and beauty treatments. I possess a deep understanding of how the body responds to gentle touch. My respectful approach to body work is gentle, discerning, acknowledgement of ones’ body, reading the script of ones’ body without pre-empting the outcome. I am warm, personable, nurturing and will offer bespoke treatments with every appointment.
My Training comes directly from the late Kahu Abraham Kawai’i who created this Ancient Art of bodywork believing this is the pathway to develop intimate connection to ones’ body and own self-awareness.

On the day of your Kahuna Bodywork Treatment its best keep your belly light of food and beverages. Sure you can eat but try to keep your food intake of a light nature. Water for hydration is preferred before massage and plenty of water after the massage. It’s best to have a clear schedule after your massage as your body may need to rest, process and reset.
You will experience deep relaxation and contentment throughout your whole body. Your body can experience many feelings and changes including but not exclusive to; Pure Joy from the deepest level in your body, Clarity of mind, Epiphanies moving forward or deep understanding of instances from the past, unexpected energy and enthusiasm of life. Your subsequent Bodywork will raise additional emotional and physical healings as per your body’s connection to awareness. Either way, these sessions will improve your overall health and wellbeing.
At present I do not use these products however CND-Vinylux is available which matches the longevity and strength of Shellac and Gel Polishes. I use an array of brands including OPI, SPAritual, IBD and CND-Vinylux.

We take payments on the day via the Square system, which is tap and go. Kahuna Facial Lounge also offers Afterpay for your convenience.

Circumstances can be unforeseen and therefore a rescheduling appointment is required.
If you need to cancel or re-schedule 48 hours before your appointment time I kindly ask you make contact via phone or email.
To avoid a cancellation fee: If you fail to notify Kahuna Facial Lounge of your cancellation, regrettably, you will incur a 15% of the total cost of treatment booked. If this allocated time can be filled your fee will be waived.
Yes! Your loved one is so lucky to have you. We will process this via phone or email. Either you will receive a digital copy or we will send directly to your loved one.
Kahuna Facial Lounge's policy for gift vouchers is 12 months from date of purchase.
